Yuvaraj Padmanabhan is a Senior Product Manager at a global American firm who understands the realities of high-pressure corporate life—tight deadlines, constant decision-making, and the quiet burnout that often follows. His journey into yoga began over 20 years ago, not as a career shift, but as a sincere search for clarity and truth. After years of exploring classical yoga, meditation, and Buddhist retreats, a personal loss became a turning point— transforming his practice into a deep study of the mind–body–breath connection and its relevance to modern stress and suffering.

Through training with traditional teachers, Yuvaraj uncovered how Hatha, Raja, and Tantric wisdom were designed as practical tools for real life—not retreats from responsibility, but support for navigating life’s most demanding moments.
